Meet Our Dental Team
Kingsview Dental isn't merely a dental visit; it embodies a pledge to premium, reliable dental service and patient education. Central to our ethos is fostering an informed patient base capable of making enlightened treatment choices. Our remarkable team is the essence of exceeding your anticipations. Established by Dr. Hammad Afif, Dr. Kelsey Li and Dr. Angelo Poulos, Kingsview Dental emphasizes cosmetic and general dentistry, alongside periodontal care.
Dr. Kelsey Li
Dr. Kelsey Li received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Western University. She is committed to continuing education and keeping up with the latest research in her rapidly-evolving profession. Dentistry is a confusing and foreign thing to most people and Dr. Li’s primary focus is to understand the needs of her patients and educate them in order to select the most optimal treatment. Every explanation is thorough, concise, and never rushed.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Dr. Alida Andersen
Dr. Alida Andersen is a caring and devoted dentist with a calm and friendly personality who believes in treating patients holistically. She provides excellent dental care, keeping in mind both the oral health and the patient’s unique needs. She makes every effort to put her patients first, whether it is to take time to thoroughly explain procedures, involve patients in decision-making, or spend more time making those who have dental anxiety more comfortable.
She received her degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario in 2009 and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.H.) from the University of Toronto in 2005. Besides her love for her profession and her patients, she has always believed in having a balanced lifestyle and has been continuously involved with community work, public speaking and media involvement during the past 23 years.
Since 2018, she has become an advocate for a greener and cleaner planet by bringing attention to the issues of plastic pollution (including becoming an advocate for greener dentistry). She has taken 1 day a week off from density in order to work on this project through lectures and her YouTube channel (Alida Eco).
In addition, she has recently become active in fighting against human rights issues (specifically women's rights issues in Iran and their fight for freedom), where she provides dental emergency advice from abroad to the protesters in Iran. In addition, she is part of a group called MAHSA-Medical (MAHSA-Medical Alliance for Health Services Abroad) and is working with them to help increase international awareness.
Dr. Bita Khalilinejad
Dr. Bita earned her dental degree from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Before attending dental school, she studied Kinesiology and Health Science at York University.
Dr. Bita is a compassionate and dedicated dentist who always puts her patients first. She takes pride in providing gentle, high-quality care and creating a comfortable experience for everyone she treats. Dedicated to excellence, she actively pursues the latest courses and continuing education to stay at the forefront of advancements in dentistry, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bita loves spending quality time with her friends and family. She has a passion for playing pop and electric guitar, finding joy in music as a creative outlet. She also cherishes every moment with her beloved dog, who is always by her side.
